About Kayla Marks

I have a Master’s Degree in Child Development from Erikson Institute. This degree, along with my extensive work with children and families in the educational, social service, and child development fields have allowed me to develop successful relationship building, program management, and leadership skills. My experience as a supervisor have taught me how to effectively train and supervise team members, collaborate to make decisions that will best benefit those that the organization serves and manage projects and programs in an organized and timely fashion. Through my years of professional work I have developed the skills, passion, tenacity and collaborative nature required for this field. I have demonstrated success in implementing and expanding programming to reach a wide range of individuals and communities. I embrace diversity and have experience working with individuals of varying races, cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. I am goal oriented, and I thrive working independently as well as part of a team. I am capable of managing several programs and projects simultaneously, with the organizational skills necessary to meet required deadlines.
