With over ten years of recruiting experience within various industries (Oil & Gas, Technical Trades, Engineering, Office/Administrative, Management) I have had success in placing top candidates within positions throughout Western Canada. My most recent focus was recruiting in the Electrical and Instrumentation trades within the Industrial sector. Previous to this, the majority of my experience has been recruiting for energy services such as engineering, technical trades, construction, and senior level project management. I am highly organized, able to multi-task, and offer great time management skills. It is my duty to ensure the company's needs are properly assessed in order to create a plan of action to complete the goals. I also focus on building a relationship with my candidates to ensure the proper fit from both the company's and applicant’s perspective.
