Hello and welcome to my profile.I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). My passion lies in advocating for and guiding clients towards emotional resilience and enhanced well-being. I assist individuals in developing self-awareness, self-regulation, effective communication, fostering positive beliefs, mindfulness, discovering purpose, building healthy relationships, boosting confidence, and practicing self-care.My therapeutic approach revolves around strengths and the uniqueness of each individual. I draw from various techniques such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Self-Compassion-Based Interventions. I approach therapy with an integrative and holistic mindset, aiming to understand clients' personal experiences that might have led to uncertainty, unhappiness, confusion, or a sense of being lost, which in turn led them to seek therapy. By focusing on clients' inherent strengths and capacities, I collaborate with them to address and achieve their goals.
