About Kayla Ruberg

I'm an educator at heart in any setting. I have experience teaching 5th grade math and science, 8th grade science, 9th grade science, computer application customized training, as well as an Adult Education Teaching and Learning Specialist. I most enjoy providing support for coworkers. I've led several professional development training's for my colleagues with a focus on building leadership, technology use in the classroom, and classroom management. I've also designed professional development for all district staff including secretarial and part-time instructors on various student management and learning management systems. I have a proven track record in planning and delivering training to a diverse group of students at various points in their careers. Whether supporting an instructor in the classroom or working with a client at a business location, I work hard to encourage questions and provide clear, concise answers in a personable, direct manner. My goal is for our students to learn how to organize information more efficiently and effectively with more confidence and skill.
