About Kayleigh Lewis

Hi, my name is Kayleigh - thanks for coming to my page! A bit more information about me is that I have received a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Washington University in Saint Louis. A strong advocate for underserved communities, I have volunteered with the local YMCA to both tutor students for classes during the pandemic and afterward, along with coaching sports teams. As a part of this connection, I served as a program leader for years, was a part of the student board, and acted as a point person to organize communication and sort out schedules for other volunteers. As a dermatology medical assistant, I have furthered my goals with service for others by attending to a diverse group of patients at the clinic with a wide array of services. My drive continues to push me towards becoming a Physician Assistant and giving back to the community. My previous experiences have always drawn me to situations where I can support others with their personal health and listen to their stories. This person-focus mentality is what I aspire to achieve going forward into future experiences within the healthcare industry.
