I'm a Social Media & Communications Strategist with a rich background in crafting impactful digital narratives. I hold degrees in Public Policy and Law and Writing, Rhetoric, and Media Studies from Trinity College, complemented by a visiting year at Oxford where I studied English. My career began as a Social Media Associate at Trinity College, where I managed social media pages, created visual content with Canva, contributed to the student blog, and conducted interviews. This foundation in hands-on social media management set the stage for my subsequent roles. I then joined the World Affairs Council of CT as a Social Media & Marketing Assistant, where I tackled complex global issues through engaging social media and newsletter content. Following this, I interned at The Studio Museum in Harlem and Sirius XM. At The Studio Museum, I managed social media channels and contributed to Studio Magazine. At Sirius XM, I was featured on the Joe Madison Show, assisting in production, booking high-profile guests, and editing show clips into engaging podcast episodes. Most recently, I served as a Social Media and Communications Strategist at the Southern Poverty Law Center, where I managed social media strategies for channels with over 2 million followers. I wrote and produced content for social and web-based on companies’ programmatic areas and recent news. Driven by wanderlust and curiosity, I transitioned into freelance social media and influencer marketing. I've collaborated with top brands like Hinge, NYX, Kat Von Dee Beauty, and Skims, achieving impressive social TikTok followers, Instagram followers, and YouTube subscribers in six months. My freelance work includes producing content for tourism boards in Colombia, the Philippines, and Thailand, with an article featuring the Greater Palm Springs Travel Board. I'm passionate about creating stories that resonate and drive engagement, and I'm always eager to explore new opportunities and challenges in the digital landscape. Outside of work I love reading, running, sharing meals with friends, diving, watching games, and exploring the world.
