About Kayley Elms

First and foremost a very proud mum to two young children, balancing work life and motherhood. Since graduating in 2013 I’ve worked in numerous fields which have led me to my career in Education. Over the past year I have been studying the Postgraduate Certificate in Education, specialising in Sport. This has lit a fire in me that aims to carve a career within education, while also continuing on my path to PhD research in Mental Health. As a former company director of Heyl CrossFit Ltd I’ve gained experience in business development and growth while remaining loyal to my passion of health and fitness thus specialising in sport in my postgraduate progression. As a professional in the fitness industry I’ve learnt a lot about the impact we can have on individuals from a young age and how this impacts their quality of life. Working within this field is incredibly humbling. The work I do with individuals in delivering and educating about a health / performance focused lifestyle is incredibly rewarding. Watching Kayley Alice Fitness and Nutrition grow steadily keeps the passion strong.
