About Kayley Smith

As the Workforce & Education Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida, I am dedicated to creating meaningful connections between youth and local businesses through mentorship and career exploration programs. I currently oversee six programs with the Beyond School Walls program, where I collaborate with business partners to provide students with hands-on workforce experiences. My goal is to grow this program substantially over the next 3-5 years, expanding its impact and creating pathways to success for more students. With a strong focus on scholarship and college readiness, I organize and host events such as scholarship nights, FAFSA nights, and graduation celebrations. I am committed to equipping students with the resources they need to pursue higher education and career goals confidently. I am passionate about making a lasting impact on the youth in our community by connecting them with opportunities that shape their future.
