Nobody should feel left behind as our world's technology expands into new fields and opportunities.I utilize ServiceNow to manage service tickets, track issues, and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring a seamless and well-documented support process. My day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with end user accounts (Active Directory, Office 365), providing remote and deskside support, and escalating issues as necessary.
