A proficient man with immense skills in SAP in Preparing LPR’S (Local Purchase Requisitions) for User Department. Collating all stores stock and updating them daily after receipt from supplier. Maintaining a maximum and minimum balance and preparing consumables for each month. Preparing Sourcing of Equipment and Spares from Suppliers within and outside the country. Follow up with treasury department for payment through letter of credit or direct bank transfer. Follow up with documentation department for opening of form M and clearing department for air and sea port clearing of spares and equipment. Data Entries of all stores Issues and monthly valuations for user department. My objective is to develop a professional Carrier with Dynamic Organization that will be motivating, challenging and rewarding. Also to contribute immensely to ensure that the Organization‘s corporate objectives are effectively and efficiently achieved.
