About Kaysara Mandry

I believe a vast amount of untapped potential is just waiting to improve lives, businesses, communities, and the world. I have devoted my career to helping individuals bring to light their potential. It started with finding the potential and desire to move into management within the existing teams I worked with at Domino's Pizza. Helping to give upward mobility opportunities to team members and grow the management pool for each store and area I work with. I then realized, after talking to peers way too much about their children's academics, I wanted to help students through Kumon the way that I was helped by the Kumon program. My co-owner (aka my brother) and I opened up the Kumon Center of Lakeland Highlands, where we help students feel confident in their academic abilities and their ability to learn hard things. We do this by helping to strengthen the student's foundation through individualized lesson planning, instruction, and practice. As a small business owner, I saw the gap between reality and potential was causing so many to lose out on what small businesses and small business ownership can offer. This gap was the cause of lackluster revenue and frustration, so of course, I wanted to do something about it. Now I help businesses identify the gap between their potential and where they are now. I also help them strategize, plan and execute steps to close that gap. Leading to increased profits, well-executed systems, better time management, and improved team management.
