About Kaytlyn Lemmon

The purpose of life for me is to grow. As a person and as a society. My mission is to leave every one and every thing that I interact with better than I found them. Being a social worker fuels that fire and gives me the opportunity to help as many people as I can to grow, and hopefully, help our society to grow. As a current Roots and Wings Worker I think of myself as a life coach for families looking for support in their growth journey. Life is full of curve balls and sometimes you need a coach to help you develop the skills to knock it out of the park. That’s what I do. I help people knock it out of the park. Using human connection, because change happens in the context of relationships, I walk with families and help them reach their goals and be the best version of themselves. Speaking of connection, I also enjoy connecting outside of my work. In my off time you can find me walking my dogs, camping in the mountains, paddle boarding the beautiful glacial lakes we have, and rock climbing. My work fulfills my connection to my community, while my hobbies fuel my connection to myself and nature. Balance is key.
