About Kc Cheong

Over the past 23 years I have built up a wealth of experience in project management, Software Architecture and Design, System integration and a range of development and testing procedures. In addition I have recently run and R&D center for a Software Solution company with a team in excess of 60 IT professionals. This team was responsible for best practice research and core Product Development and delivery. In addition to my technical skills and experience I assisted and supported the process to achieve ISO 9001-2008 accreditation and was instrumental in the design, development and implementation of new companywide software development and project management processes and taking, guidelines from CMMI and PMI, to establish a standard methodology for all projects. Having held overall responsibility of the R&D center in Kuala Lumpur for a US headquartered company I am comfortable heading or leading a team and am equally at ease as a member of a team providing the best possible service in the best interests of the company and its objectives.
