As a Contract Manager with DGS, this mindset drove me to challenge myself to streamline efficiencies (workflow and processes), mitigate risk (contract issues), and optimize communication (strategic business projects). In today’s climate of obstacles, I have learned to ask many questions, always have more than one plan ready to overcome, listen with an open mind and take other colleagues' ideas into account to resolve and understand the full scope of the situation. Gaining insight, adapting, and moving towards change is thoroughly what is needed in today's world of business and competitive markets. My drive comes from within to push myself harder than anyone I know.
