I spent over 20 years serving in the U.S. Army, leading teams and shaping processes where precision, accountability, and mission alignment were not just ideals, they were survival. Today, I bring that same discipline and strategic mindset to my work as a Management Analyst in the Department of Defense, and I am now transitioning into a Project Manager role. My mission is to turn complex federal operations into clear, actionable insights, bridging operational needs with technical solutions. In environments where security, compliance, and agility are paramount, I have facilitated requirements-gathering sessions, authored detailed technical and process documentation, and supported Agile teams using Jira and Confluence. I’ve led projects including system modernization, personnel data integration, and workflow optimization, all while ensuring alignment with federal standards. I thrive at the intersection of operations and technology, translating stakeholder needs into functional requirements, supporting User Acceptance Testing, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration. Some of my proudest accomplishments include bridging the gap between operational requirements and two new cloud-based applications, ensuring they met both user and organizational needs, and developing procedural guidelines for test administration that identified hundreds of applicant test history corrections and resolved legacy integration issues. Each achievement reflects my dedication to operational excellence and my commitment to empowering agencies to make data-driven decisions.
