As a Real Estate Associate at Bass, Berry & Sims, I continue to apply my experience practicing transactional law to further enhance my skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and transaction management for purchases and sales of real property, commercial landlord-tenant matters, and conducting diligence review for corporate mergers and acquisitions. My time in this role has been marked by a commitment to a detail-oriented approach, meeting client expectations with respect to transaction pace, sound and insightful guidance to clients through intricate deals, and prompt responsiveness. Previously, as a Corporate Associate at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis (now Holland & Knight LLP), I cultivated a strong foundation in corporate law, which now underpins my real estate practice. My achievements include successfully managing and closing a high volume of healthcare service organization transactions, while simultaneously maintaining a broad portfolio of corporate acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and corporate governance matters.
