I'm an experienced Enablement Specialist delivering in person training to Sales and Customer Success new hires from across the globe using engaging facilitation methods, AI led practical activities and evaluation methods (Kirkpatrick) to ensure effective knowledge transfer and to effect behavioural changes. Continually learning and gaining more experience in instructional design, content creation, AI innovations every day. My dedication to delivering impactful learning experiences reflects my commitment to empowering individuals and driving organisational success. I have consistently leveraged my many years of experience in Sales, Client Success and Enablement to bring authenticity to all sessions. Over my 25+ years of a busy sales career initially, then Customer Success and then Enablement, I've gained experience in strategic account management in a global environment, consultative selling, sales strategy, business retention and development, project management, customer retention, campaign optimization, tech problem solving, virtual and live facilitation, content creation and authoring tools, mentoring and coaching. and I'm still learning! A keen ally and equity advocate always, I am active in our ERG community and I am EMEA Co-Lead of Wisdom at LinkedIn, where we provide a platform of advocacy, development and support for employees over 40yrs.
