About Keaton Ballard

Hi! I’m Keaton. I’m obsessed with turning raw data into insights that drive real decisions. I have a background in marketing analytics, CRM automation, and just earned my M.S. in Data Analytics. Here are a few things I’m proud of: Designed and maintained 5 end-to-end dashboards (80+ visualizations) to track revenue, lead attribution, and sales KPIs for a national media company Built custom Python scripts to standardize phone numbers, merge duplicate HubSpot contacts, and optimize lead workflows — significantly improving CRM accuracy and reporting Developed forecasting models (ARIMA, regression) to predict hospital revenue and support strategic financial planning Integrated ad platform data (Google & Facebook) into CRM dashboards, enabling clean attribution and actionable campaign performance tracking across teams I’m currently looking for remote data analyst roles where I can apply these skills to help teams make smarter, faster, data-informed decisions. Let’s connect and talk data!
