I am a highly driven and experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, budgeting, and management. My skill set and experience allow me to excel in any role and make a positive impact on the organization I work with. As a Director of Life Engagement at Primrose Retirement in Fayetteville, AR, I am responsible for developing, facilitating, and assessing recreational activities that enrich the physical, emotional, spiritual, purpose, social, and intellectual skills of our residents. I coordinate monthly special events, provide supervision to three full-time staff members, maintain the community calendar in collaboration with residence council and board members, and develop and maintain the overall budget while adhering to federal, state, and company regulations. I also develop social media content and timelines to enhance our community outreach. In addition to my work at Primrose, I am the founder and owner of AMUSETHING, a parent company to two branches of service. Get Off My Sneakers offers sneaker/shoe consulting, negotiation, product buying, inventory handling, product authentication and verification, and product research. WHY Detail provides stationary/mobile vehicle detail, commercial, and residential pressure washing services while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. I have experience in customer service and logistics coordination from my previous roles as a Field Resource Center Dispatch at Black Hills Energy, a Logistics Coordinator at BNSF Logistics, and an Account Executive at Sun Branding Solutions. At Sun Branding Solutions, I also worked as a Color Manager, providing feedback on color consistency, 3D application, and printing quality control on marketing assets for Walmart Stores, Inc. I reviewed and approved/declined finished marketing files and worked alongside account managers to secure planned date handover and customer standards. Before that, I was a Manager and Detailer at Penske Automotive, where I completed vehicle detailing in preparation for sale, created detailed records of car inventory and service equipment, and onboarded new employees on company written procedures, product specifications, and safety standards. I made progress toward my Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering at Southern University from 2003-2005.
