I’m Keebra Cooper, Partner at Relate Search, where I specialize in helping technology professionals and innovative companies find their perfect match. Whether it’s connecting developers, administrators, or C-suite executives, I love guiding people toward opportunities that make an impact—both for their careers and for the businesses they join. My recruiting career has been anything but ordinary. I started my career as a Probation Officer, which gave me a unique perspective on human behavior and a passion for helping others succeed. From there, I transitioned into recruitment, first with Companion Care Company and later taking on leadership roles at firms like Lucas Group/Korn Ferry and Vaco. Those experiences helped me hone my skills in solving complex hiring challenges and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates. At Relate Search, I’m driven by the excitement of finding the right fit and seeing the ripple effects of a great placement. I take pride in understanding what makes people and organizations tick, so I can deliver solutions that align with their goals. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a candidate light up when they land their dream role or watching a client thrive because they found the right talent. Originally from Martinsville, Indiana, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Indianapolis. Outside of work, I’m all about family, adventure, and a little bit of football. My husband, James, and I live with our three kids and our two Bernedoodles. We love traveling (Jamaica is my favorite destination!), and as a lifelong Chicago Bears fan, I never miss a chance to cheer them on. Life’s an adventure, and I’m all in—professionally and personally.
