Background

About Keegan Shepherd

For years now, I've made writing a personal, an academic and a professional pursuit. In doing so, I've created a holistic writing practice that not only enriches my life, but it also enables disciplined services of writing about complex problems across industries and communities. I generate content on a weekly basis, writing collateral such as white papers, blogs, case studies, sales sheets, webpage copy, organic social, and Google & LinkedIn ads. I'm part of a data-informed marketing team working to develop the most efficient campaigns for our clients in the life sciences. Aside from daily copywriting, I interview subject-matter experts to glean material for content, as well manage the recording, editing and finalization for the podcast, Fractals: Life Science Conversations. In May of 2025, I graduated summa cum laude with my MA in Rhetoric and Writing Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno and am continuing to work full-time as Senior Copywriter for Bracken.
