About Keely Carleton

Apprenticeship and skills specialist with a passion for quality and compliance. For over 25 years I have been an advocate for FE, engaging with employers and young people to develop work force skills. I have driven NBC to be a leading training provider delivering high quality management apprenticeships alongside developing entry level apprenticeships with our Customer Service and Administration Programmes. I am extremely proud of our achievement rates, which for academic year 23/24 were 71.6%,compared to National average of 60.5% and 100% overall pass rate. I was nominee at our Ofsted Inspection in January 2022 when we received Good across all aspects of the inspection. I have overall responsibility for all aspects of NBC from compliance with funding rules and correct submission of data to ESFA; to liaising with awarding bodies and quality of delivery; management of delivery and non delivery staff; contract management and business development; Safeguarding and Health and Safety. As well as managing Apprenticeship provision, I have previously managed AEB, Study Programmes (including MPC) and Traineeships. I look forward to continually supporting Apprentices to become the best they can be!
