As a former Division I student-athlete captain, I possess a goal-oriented work ethic and work well motivating others. I am a very outgoing, confident, and compassionate person, who understands the importance of networking, maintaining relationships and going the extra mile. With a proactive and forward thinking mindset, I have the ability to converse and interact with an array of professionals across varying fields. My passion lies in creating and inspiring a passion for authentic personal and cultural change. Empowering others to regain control over their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
