About Keely Krumm

With over eight years in the nursing field, my core competencies lie in patient education, care coordination, and advocacy. At University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics, I was dedicated to ensuring optimal patient experiences, aligning my mission with the organization's culture of comprehensive, compassionate care. My work has always been driven by the goal of supporting patients and their families through challenging times, bringing empathy and a multifaceted perspective to the team. In my most recent role as a Patient Care Coordinator, I collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to streamline pre and post-surgical care, facilitating a smooth transition for patients throughout their hospital and recovery journey. I strived to enhance recovery processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care through discharge education, follow up phone calls, follow up wound care checks, and being available to any questions or concerns. This experience solidified my ability to communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals, contributing to a cohesive care environment. In 2018, I graduated from The National Institute of Whole Health with my certification as a Whole Health Educator. Through this program I've been able to enrich my patient services by becoming skilled in holistic nurse training, evidence-based nutrition, whole person care knowledge, wellness education, and health coaching skills.
