I’m thrilled to have recently started a new role as an E-commerce Assistant at Vinnies NSW! Vinnies has just launched its brand-new online store, and I’m proud to be part of the inaugural team bringing this project to life. It’s an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the platform while developing my own skills in the dynamic world of e-commerce. I can’t wait to see how the site evolves and to grow alongside it! I previously worked as a business development specialist for Uber technologies. I worked as an account manager for over 500 drivers on the perspective team. My main role is to collect insights from drivers so we can find solutions to their problems and make developments and improvements to the app to benefit both the drivers, riders and Uber. The main goal of my department is to increase drivers' earnings and supply hours while building relationships. Over the past Two years I have owned my own Jewellery business, 20/11 Jewellery. During this time I have developed my own website, managed my supply chain, created an online community of customers who align with my company’s values and exceeded my expectations in sales. For this role I also acted as the social media manger, building my brand from the ground up and followed key metrics to measure the success of my posts. I ran ads weekly via google, email marketing and facebook ads alongside influencer marketing.
