About Keely Paregian

I was born in Hollywood but raised and grounded in the Central Valley. Real Estate is in my DNA as my family believed in the power of property ownership and its rewards down the road.Having a ring side seat to Real Estate transactions at an early age I learned from the best and continue to pass that knowledge forward to my clients. I believes in treating everyone with kindness, understanding and empathy while navigating the ever changing real estate market. I am a natural “solutions person” and don’t stop until everything lines up for the good of my clients.Prior to working Real Estate full time I ran my own small business, worked in the broadcast industry both in Television and Radio for many years and still keep my hand in the family farming operations. I am passionate about finding treasures at charity shops and brining them back to life, entertaining friends, creating beautiful landscapes, interiors and basically anything creative. I am a devoted poodle parent and animal rescue advocate.
