Honors Biology + Biochemistry Pre-Med Student | 🩺 Passionate about helping & healing Hi, I'm Keely, a junior Honors student at Butler University, studying biology and biochemistry on a pre-medical track. My passion for helping and leading others, combined with my personal medical journey, led me to pursue my current course of study with the hopes of becoming a physician. I have been a certified pharmacy technician for two years, which has given me a unique stance on patient safety and pharmaceutical therapies. I am a strong advocate for patient safety on all levels, and I believe firmly in the power of medicine. I hope to apply my passions to the field of anesthesiology as a future career. I also hope to contribute to pharmaceutical research. Outside of my studies, I am active in my community as a volunteer for IU Health - Methodist Hospital, Overdose Lifeline, Red Cross, and Girl Scouts of Central Indiana.
