Driven by a passion for coffee at every stage, I’ve built my career around connecting people with quality coffee and the stories behind it. I founded my own coffee company at 13, which grew into two successful brick-and-mortar coffee shops. Along the way, I managed a coffee shop and roastery, gaining first-hand experience in operations, roasting, and leadership. I’ve also worked as a barista and served as a US Barista Championship judge, giving me a well-rounded perspective on what roasters need to thrive. Now at ICT Coffee, I focus on supporting roasters through coffee evaluation, relationship building, and supply chain collaboration. I bring both practical experience and curiosity to the role, aiming to strengthen connections between producers and roasters while contributing to a more sustainable future for specialty coffee.
