I am a recent graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Dentistry in the Division of Dental Hygiene. I have experience in many different areas of dentistry, which include, but are not limited to, direct patient care and interaction, periodontal therapy (scaling and root planing), pediatric dentistry, caring for patients with orthodontic appliances, digital radiography, electronic health records (Dentrix and Eaglesoft), intraoral camera usage and comprehensive treatment planning, just to name a few. After graduating in May of 2015, I began working in the private practice setting through temping at various dental offices in the Kansas City area. I am more than excited to expand my knowledge in Dental Hygiene by continuing to gain experience within the dental field.
