A self-motivated, personable healthcare finance and operations professional with experience in multiple areas of revenue cycle management and healthcare operations. Began my career in the medical field 24 years ago in the patient business services department, my expertise has always been patient customer service satisfaction, and to provide cost effective solutions for the provider of service. Substantial analytical abilities has cemented me as a cornerstone at the companies I have had the pleasure of working with. I started working front end processes of healthcare facilities: check-in,(insurance verification, collections, billing, and management) to learn the revenue cycle front to back. I have successfully managed the revenue cycle of a surgical hospital billing company, and used my healthcare experience to redevelop the billing/collection processes for an oil and gas safety company that was eager to streamline processes for effective revenue reimbursement. Currently I am Director of Revenue Cycle for one of the fastest growing medical billing companies in the Freestanding Emergency and Micro Hospital industry.
