Maintenance schedule, Shutdown maintenance schedule, control planning and co-ordination, Project planning. Reviewing plant performances and operating maintenance practices to ensure optimum productivity and where applicable, recommending changes to system, procedures and policies. Analyse plant delays, equipment failures, safety issues and produce relevant maintenance action plans. Review and optimize maintenance execution and efficiency improvement opportunities. Developing technical solutions for plant de-bottlenecking by reviewing equipment and component performance. Implementation of the unified maintenance strategy and methodology. Participates in the budgeting process and prepares reports and recommendations. Reviewing the engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates for change orders, review & analyze contractor's change order proposals & submittals. Vendor and contractor development, responsible for billing clearance according to their site activities and issued Drawings. Project planning and monitoring, Planning and scheduling of the project including resource loading, cost reports, craft wise manpower analysis, analyse overall discipline wise progress and efficiency reports, compare with the target and indicate areas where improvements are required.
