About Keerthi Narayanappa

With a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician from Anna University, I have a strong technical background and analytical skills that I apply to warehouse operations and logistics. I am currently a Warehouse Operations Executive at Reliance Retail, where I oversee a large facility with a diverse team of staff and associates. I have more than three years of experience in this field, having worked as a Warehouse Team Lead at Dhani Health Care Foods Industries and a Warehouse Executive at Amazon. Some of my core competencies include stakeholder management, freight costing, vendor management, and standard operating procedures. I have handled multiple projects and contracts, such as managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods, preparing L&D training for new staff and associates, and maintaining MIS/reports for decision making. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can deliver high-quality results and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about learning new things and improving myself and my team.
