About Kees Alders

If you need a website or webshop, or could use some help with your site or shop, maybe Klokwerk-Design is just who you need. As Klokwerk-design I make websites mainly (and preferably) for smaller companies, foundations, campaigns and independent entrepreneurs. I enjoy helping my clients with their online communication. As a former project-manager I like to "not-making-things-bigger-than-they-necessarily-have-to-be". There's a lot possible with a small budget. Not only the devil is in the details: also the quick-wins are. Besides that all, I work with my music/multimedia group Postbanal, and I write articles on politics and philosophy- My background: I have a master in theoretical and social psychology and in the past I was a project manager in the insurance business (social security) and for political parties for about ten years. The aspects I enjoyed most back then were coaching people, training, and making and giving presentations. Furthermore I'm intrigued by organisational strategy. I also played my parts as a negotiator in political processes, during my carier in social security, in companies (projects, workers councils) as well as in politics. Politics is in my blood. In negotiations I always seek for the common interests of the opposites, thus building bridges. That requires some out-of-the-box thinking, keeping distance. In politics, philosophy is of great help. In the mean time I took jobs as administrator on weblogs and chief editor of printed pieces as well. Send me an email if you think you can just use my advise on a project. I'd be me more than pleased to help. Specialties: projects, webdesign, analysis, negotiation, creative thinking, music, writing.
