As manager Creative Teams and Projects I’ve built, coached, managed and trained well-organized, multidisciplinary, professional teams from scratch and managed complex packaging artwork and labelling launches with great results. I successfully initiated and implemented efficient and improved ways of working, locally and international. I gained my knowledge working on both client as agency side. I’m experienced in leading and mentoring Artwork-operators, designers and project coordinators in cross-functional and international teams. As a person who connects stakeholders I’m constantly negotiating and managing relationships. I'm proactive with a 'can-do' mentality, I take the lead when needed and I don't walk away from my responsibilities.
