As an ICT Change Lead, I manage complex change processes for global clients — from initial request to full implementation. I take ownership of the entire change lifecycle, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and every detail is under control. I thrive in dynamic environments where precision, clarity, and communication are key. With a strong foundation in ITIL processes and service management, I translate business needs into actionable change without losing sight of compliance, risk, and continuity. While project management, Lean, and Six Sigma contribute to my approach, my main focus is on leading structured, scalable change processes that work — across time zones, cultures, and systems. Always looking for smart, sustainable ways to improve how change is done. Outside of work, I’m passionate about scuba diving and freediving — sports that demand focus, control, and adaptability. I'm also actively involved in ocean conservation through memberships with CMAS and Sea Shepherd.
