About Keesha B.

I have 20 years experience in higher education, cultural change, international programs, process improvement, community outreach, and program management. My mission is to foster cultures of respect, belonging, equity and collaboration among stakeholders of diverse backgrounds and identities. In addition to my current role, I am also a PhD Candidate in International Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University, where I conduct research on gender, race, and cultural competence in conflict resolution. I am also a Gender, Diversity, Inclusion, and Cultural Consultant at One Woman Central, where I coach and consult with executive leaders and manage cross-cultural, international, and diversity issues. I have a proven track record of delivering impactful workshops, media interviews, training, and presentations on various topics related to DEI and global program management. I am passionate about empowering others to communicate effectively, build bridges, and achieve positive outcomes in diverse and complex settings.
