About Keesiya Robertson

I describe myself as being multi potential. I am a rapid learner who takes multiple fields and combine them to meet the need of the task at hand. I often pay close attention to detail and find it difficult to delegate task when others do not. I have began working in this area by delegating task and setting check ins to discuss updates, answering questions, etc prior to deadline of task. I have experience working with students and families from all walks of life with all sorts of emotional and physical trauma. Doing all I can to ensure the success of everyone. Also, my experience of being on the receiving end of needing support and it not being given. The saying says,” Experience is the best teacher”, I would venture to add experience coupled with adequate education is the best teacher. One can have the experience but the not the necessary tools to implement the assignment. I have the tool kit as well as education and I’m willing to commit to being a life long learner so that the needs of all involved parties are being met.
