Network Technician with over nine years of experience in systems administration, network infrastructure, and IT security. My journey in tech has been about solving tough problems, from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to keeping network systems secure and running smoothly. Currently, I'm at Nex-Tech, where I manage and maintain network systems, install and configure servers, routers, and firewalls, and provide hands-on support to our clients. Before that, I worked in network operations and IT systems supervision, leading teams and streamlining processes to improve IT services and security compliance. I'm certified in CompTIA Security+ and Network+, and I'm really excited about transitioning into cloud security. I'm looking forward to using my skills in network management and security to help organizations protect their cloud environments from new and emerging threats.
