As Head of Business Development at a licensed crypto exchange in Japan, I specialize in stablecoin and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization for financial institutions and enterprise clients. My work spans business development, product strategy, and regulatory consulting — co-developing compliant digital asset solutions with financial institutions, fintechs, and global infrastructure partners. I focus on turning innovative concepts into practical, regulation-aligned implementations that enable safe adoption of blockchain technology in traditional finance. I started my career in traditional finance at Juroku Bank, before moving into crypto, where I contributed to the early growth of JPYC, one of Japan’s first yen-pegged stablecoins,and later worked in business development at SBI VC Trade.
