As the Director of Case Management at The Road Called STRATE, I oversee the delivery of quality and compassionate services to individuals and families facing homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges. I have more than 10 years of experience in customer service and 8 years in the auto finance industry, where I managed early-stage collections and reduced delinquency rates. I am passionate about helping people overcome barriers and achieve their goals, whether it is securing stable housing, finding employment, or improving their well-being. I work with a team of dedicated case managers, counselors, and social workers who provide holistic and personalized support to our clients. I also partner with external stakeholders, such as landlords, employers, and community organizations, to create opportunities and resources for our clients. My mission is to make a positive impact in the lives of the people we serve and the communities we operate in.
