I am a passionate technologist possessing a broad-ranging Information Technology skill set melded with a strong set of communication/interpersonal skills. I have 8+ years within the Public Utility Sector working (Business Process Specialist and ISO Controls Analyst), 10+ years of experience within the Oil and Natural Gas Sector as a Corporate-based I.T. Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and a field-based I.T. Support Consultant for Encana. As a Business Process Specialist, I strive to enhance the day-to-day performance of a cross-functional client-base via process improvement, systems integration, and software tools. As an SDM, I managed a team of Field Support Consultants to ensure Service Level Agreements were met and helped ensure success of field-based projects. As a client-facing Support Consultant, I provided day-to-day support for field-based clients as well as project-based work. Recently, I have moved into the Information Security space (ISO 27001/27019) and have been working to develop training materials, process improvement, as well as, data visualizations (ETL via Power Query and visualization via MS Power BI). I am always interested in learning something new and moving forward!
