About Keith Allen

Keith Allen began his career as a Store Manager for Best Buy Enterprises in 1998 and advanced through the ranks as a Store Manager, District Manager, and Director of In-Store Experience between 1998 and 2006. In those early years, he transformed Best Buy's low-performing Chicago and Detroit operations to top-ranking national districts. In 2006, Keith accepted a position as District Manager for Circuit City, assumed leadership of scores of managers and hundreds of team members in 14 stores, and decisively impacted team talent and company revenue. Subsequently recruited as a Senior VP of Operations in 2010, Keith brought his leadership and mentorship skills to ActionLink training operations. In his 3-year tenure with their organization, he championed and launched a successful marketing program and once again, developed top-performing company talent. In 2013 Keith returned to the Best Buy organization where he served as a Market Senior Director in Houston, Texas, and once again excelled at developing top-performing professionals and delivering record-breaking sales performance. Recognized for driving results through values-based leadership Keith has consistently manifested his talent for fueling organizations through the development of internal company talent and implementation of innovative marketing strategy. In 2021 Keith joined H-E-B Supermarket as a Unit Director in the Rio Grande Valley, TX, Where he is again building an engaged employee and customer-centric culture. In addition to his professional leadership, Keith models admirable spiritual, community, and family values, and serves diligently as an active church leader and partner with a number of philanthropic organizations to attend to the needs of homeless and underserved community members.
