Mr. Bailey brings a wealth of technical and leadership skills honed throughout a highly-successful career in workforce development and higher education research. Implementing his complete skill set, Keith’s professional portfolio includes, but is not limited to, research studies of 1) greater than students served annually at Pennsylvania’s 14 community colleges, 2) the economic and workforce development concerns of nearly 6 million persons working in the Commonwealth and over Pennsylvania employers, and 3) the Commonwealth’s $630 million public workforce development system. Mr. Bailey's focus at the Census Bureau is developing and nurturing partnerships with state agencies, institutions of higher education, and other public and private entities in an effort to better understand the composition and dynamics of the nation's workforce.
