I have been in the residential construction industry since 1978. I do have some commercial experience I have been a home building superintendent where I was responsible for putting together the schedules for several homes at once and then scheduling the different subcontractors to complete the projects on time and on budget I also met with the homeowners before construction began to make sure all their selections were as they specified then met with them during construction to make sure they were happy with the product and then after completion to do the final walk thru before turning over the keys to them I Was project manager for an insurance restoration company. I was responsible for meeting with the homeowner going over the estimate to make sure they understood what we would be repairing in their home then giving them a timeline for the repairs to be done to their home then scheduling the subcontractors to perform the work on time and on budget. I have extensive remodeling experience so I am familiar with all aspects of the different trades on any construction site. I don’t have a paper degree from a college but I possess the knowledge that comes from 40 years of “real world experience” I am very dependable a self starter and in very good physical and mental shape. I feel I will be an asset to any organization.
