As a Senior Operations and Organizational Development Manager at the US Army, I have over 20 years of experience in leading diverse teams and managing complex logistics and operational tasks. My roles have included planning and coordinating operations, developing and implementing training programs, and enhancing team performance and morale. I have also been responsible for managing career progression, hiring, and overseeing job progression for personnel within the organization. My strong background in leadership, planning, and resource management is essential for improving organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. I hold an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Development from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, as well as a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
