Whether an intimate dinner on the UES or a Hampton’s wedding or the iconic Manhattan Cocktail Classic for each event is crafted with consummate care, from the first client meeting to the event load out at the end of the evening. Having studied theatrical design, architecture and graphic design, Keith's aesthetic sense makes for ideal collaborations with the industry’s leading designers, grasping their vision and reflecting it through carefully selected or bespoke food presentations, working to create a seamless whole. Grounded with a restaurant background, Keith chose to move into the non-profit field in reaction to the AIDS pandemic, working as God’s Love We Deliver’s first Executive Chef and then seguing into the organization's Director of Special Events. Throughout those years, he moonlighted in all aspects of the catering industry from party chef to floor captain, giving him a broad understanding of the production aspects of special events. Twenty five years of experience and a distinct sense of style are key components in the recipe for a memorable event, which is why the majority of Keith’s clients come back again and again for events executed with the high level of standards they’ve come to expect.
