Forensic Expert Witness - Civil Engineer: I deliver easy to understand reports and presentations on complex topics: Bergman Engineering provides forensic expert witness services for lawyers and insurance claims agents. We work for both plaintiffs and defendants maintaining a balanced perspective. The concentration of my forensic expert witness services is in civil engineering. My track record is one of a long record of accomplishments and success. My history demonstrates most cases I work on settle out of court or in arbitration. However, if the case does proceed to trial, I have been qualified and accomplished at giving testimony in court. I view my role as not to ‘win’ a case, but to provide the information so that you, the client, can make an intelligent, informed decision about how to proceed and what to expect.
