OPERATIONS • Transitioned California division of Florida company from engineering to production focused. Created most manufacturing departments (assembly, test, material control, master scheduling, order administration, etc.) and hired department managers • Marketing VP for the only majority-owned American company in China. Grew from scratch to be the largest e-commerce portal in China with 700 employees and seven offices in 36 months • Believe strongly in constant improvement and make it a practice to constantly study, evaluate, test, and implement best practices. • Excel at helping corporations, departments and teams articulate, document, measure and achieve their goals. • On management teams for four VC ‘fundings’ totaling $120 M, one IPO, and four acquisitions. • Significant start-up experience (1 company in USA, 5 in EMEA, 1 in APAC) • P&L responsibility for 64-person staff and $3 million budget
