About Keith Bohns

I am a results oriented, empathetic and socially responsible executive leader with unique experience working within Fortune 500 and early stage start up organizations. I developed my own best in class talent foundations by working at and learning from world leading organizations with a robust HR infrastructure and support systems (Vail Resorts, Jamba Juice, JCPenney). I took these experiences and my own entrepreneurial passion and applied it to high growth PE backed companies where I built and led HR functions for the past 10 years (Equinox Holdings, Blink Fitness, Integrative Nutrition). I’m uniquely curious about the touch points between high performing organizations and thriving cultures who are willing to take risks, are relentless about feedback, have laser clear focus and a willingness to ruthlessly prioritize. As an influential thought partner, I’ve helped organizations design and develop organizational structures, policies and unique cultural identities that has resulted in significant growth. Over the years I’ve developed a keen eye for assembling diverse, exceptional and effective teams—and keeping them motivated as they ascend through the company hierarchy.
