About Keith Bousman
I have been teaching special needs students for 37 years. I have maintained my license in mild disabilities and moderate disabilities as well as multiple disabilities. Currently, I am teaching k-2 at Blackford Primary Schools in Hartford City Indiana. Since 2019 and the change in delivery of education to our students I have honed my skills in online teaching and technology. My career has been in five Indiana Schools and have taught in all grades k - 12. I have spent 10 years of my educational career as an administrator. Adams - Wells Special Services Cooperative in Bluffton Indiana is where I supervised the special needs staff in six school districts for grades 9-12. I was also the Vocational Coordinator for the Cooperative. I love teaching and making sure my students have what they need to be successful in school and out of school. Things we learn in school must be transferred to the outside environment so that success can happen.
